Founded by Gary Wilkin nearly 40 years ago, Wilkin Management Group, Inc. (WMG) has maintained a key vision of exceeding expectations and building client loyalty by earning the trust of each client. Specializing in Community Association Management and property maintenance since 1985, WMG continues its long-standing commitment to service, honesty and leadership for our clients. WMG is a full-service management company located in Wayne, NJ. In addition to Community Association Management, Wilkin Management Group, Inc. provides light construction, property maintenance and painting services to its client portfolio. As a long time active member of Community Association Institute (CAI), all of our Property Managers are supported with on-going training and continuing education for industry designations, which translates to a high level of knowledge and service delivery.
